FAN Take is a series that highlights trending events, issues, and decisions in the world of sports and analyzes how they may or may not factor into the Fan Controlled Football League. We would love to hear your feedback, so let us know what you think about each FAN Take!
Every year we look forward to getting to tune in to HBO’s Hard Knocks series, watching how much of a hot mess a team is behind the scenes. Earlier this month, it was announced that the next team to be featured is the Oakland Raiders, who finished with a depressing 4-12 record last season. The series first premiered in 2001 with the Baltimore Ravens before featuring the Dallas Cowboys (2002, 2008), Kansas City Chiefs (2007), Cincinnati Bengals (2009, 2013), New York Jets (2010), Miami Dolphins (2012), Atlanta Falcons (2014), Houston Texans (2015), Los Angeles Rams (2016), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2017) and Cleveland Browns (2018). There has been some concern over the series getting stale, but it seems like there may be a solution coming from none other than the team owners. Similar to how the NHL teams are shown preparing for the Winter Classic, fans would get to see two teams going into a big game a few times over the course of a season.
We love the idea of getting to see what happens behind the scenes as two teams get ready to face off! Is this the kind of content fans want to see in the FCFL? Do you want an inside look at the trash talk between teams or how the teams get hyped up in the hours before a game? Would you prefer to focus on how the teams train week-in and week-out? We want you to feel like you’re getting all access, so let us know what you want to see!
Power To The Fans!
