FAN Take is a series that highlights trending events, issues, and decisions in the world of sports and analyzes how they may or may not factor into the Fan Controlled Football League. We would love to hear your feedback, so let us know what you think about each FAN Take!
Last summer, we talked about the popular dating app Tinder joining forces with both New York City FC and Manchester FC to create an exciting experience for Tinder users and soccer fans. Well, Tinder is back at it again. This time around, they are airing a choose-your-own-adventure style series within the app, centered around the question, “who would you spend your last night alive with?” Users will be able to swipe right or left to advance the plot of the six-episode series, and Tinder plans to use an algorithm based on how users interact with the series to help them find potential love matches in the app.
We already dove into the idea of the fans choosing their own adventure with the FCFL Team Personality Analyzer, which allows our fans to select the FCFL team they want to root for based on a series of 15 questions. But what if we had something similar set up that would help fans find their future favorite players based on their personality preferences? Not only would it help fans identify who they want drafted to their teams, but it could also help fans decide which player jersey will be their first purchase. If this is something the fans want to see, let us know!
